It performs as expected every time. It was what I expected and wanted.

- SanDisk has always worked well for me.
I have been using SanDisk since 2000 and have never had any failures with any of the 20 or so cards I have from them. I have also tried other brands as well, but feel more comfortable with the SanDisk. I currently own 3 of the 1GB Ultra II compact flash cards (plus 2 of the 2GB Ultra II cards) for my Canon 20D and they have worked flawlessly.

The camera write speed is slower than the card's write speed so the buffer is pretty much staying empty even during those 5 shots per second ... Read More

This 1 gigabyte flash card is just the right size for me, and hence I have a few of them. I prefer the 1 gig, rather than a larger card, because there is less danger of losing the data. Whereas, I've been told that larger cards can be a serious hazard. Again, I've had no trouble with this size card and will likely be ordering more before we leave for Europe this spring.

I just picked up my second Sandisk 1GB Ultra II card, and I am just as impressed since I bought my first one. I have the Canon 20D and with this card I never have to wait for pictures to be written to the card, even if I do a picture burst.

I would recommend this card to anyone who needs large storage and fast speeds. Never had a problem with this card, giving it a 5.
